Z-LION Flexible Diamond QRS Cloth Sheets are widely used in glass industry for smoothing glass edge and removing scratches on glass surface or for removing snags and rectifying minor faults on glassware. QRS loop velcro on the back, can be used as a diamond hand polishing pad when attached to the foam sanding block which comes with hook velcro.

• Metal bond securely anchors micron-graded diamond to a flexible backing, improves comfort without sacrificing cut rates.
• Dot surface pattern design is extremely abrasion resistant, ideal for glass sanding.
• The open dot pattern allows swarf and cutting debris to easily escape, helping to prevent loading.
• Comes with loop velcro on the back, can be used on or off the hook velcro sanding block.
• Highly flexible, can be bended, folded, moulded, shaped to conform to a variety of contours.
• Can be used both wet and dry.
Popular sizes are 90x55mm, 100x55mm.
Popular grits are 60# 120# 200# 400# (30# and 600# 800# 1500# 3000# can be made as per request).
