Semirigid diamond flaps with high stock removal rate, mesh surface pattern for better tool life, black fiberglass backing with 16mm or 22.23mm arbor hole.
Features of Z-LION Fiberglass backing diamond flap discs are as follows:
• Common fiberglass backing with 16mm or 22.23mm arbor hole, easy to use on any angle grinder and require less change over time.
• With fiberglass backing the flap disc is lightweight, more comfortable to maneuver, less vibration and noise, softer touch and smoother sanding without chip.
• When used on alumina ceramic tiles, diamond flap discs will not blacken the tile like grinding wheels.
• Metal diamond flaps allow to sand down hard materials like Dekton, Neolith, etc. without reducing abrasive properties.
• Diamond flaps layered around the circumference of fiberglass backing gives the advantage that more diamond abrasives is exposed as it wears away.
• Harder semirigid diamond flaps and mesh surface pattern also provide better tool life.
