Z-LION Diamond Sandpaper Diamond Abrasive Hand Sanding Sheets

Z-LION Diamond Sandpaper are widely used for hand sanding and grinding of rotary sputtering targets which are made by spraying process, including ceramic or alloy sputtering targets such as ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) target, TiOx (Titanium Oxide) target, etc.

In order to reduce nodulation in film or coating production, sputtering targets need to be clean. Z-LION 100x100mm diamond sandpaper are designed for grinding sputtering targets to remove oxide and impurity deposited on the surface of the target. Grinding direction needs to comply with track direction formed on the surface of sputtering target.
