Z-LION Diamond Sandpaper Carbon Fiber Repair Sanding Sheets

Z-LION Diamond sandpaper are widely used for carbon fiber repair. Can be used for DIY hand sanding without any machine to remove debris and expose the repair site on broken carbon fiber components or used on square head air sander to remove burrs on carbon fiber components.

Features of Z-LION Diamond sandpaper for carbon fiber component repair and sanding are as follows:
• Electroplated sandpaper combines the long life and aggressive cutting action of diamonds with a backing material which has strength and flexibility.
• Aggressive diamond working surface works more efficiently than traditional sandpaper on carbon fiber components.
• Diamonds are electroplated with a nickel matrix through flexible steel mesh, provides much longer tool life.
• Special surface design with diamond islands of identical size and shape and regular spacing to allow debris to move away without any clogging.
• Strong flexible backing cloth adds flexibility to the sandpaper, can be bended, folded, moulded to respond all kinds of repair and sanding applications.

Available in various sizes including 90x55mm, 100x55mm, 70x198mm, 120x180mm, 210x297mm, etc.
Available grits 60# 120# 200# 400# (other grits are available upon request)
Dense dot surface pattern. Other patterns such as arrow, plum blossom, square, etc. are also available upon request.
Backing can be canvas, velcro, adhesive, etc.
