Z-LION Aluminum base diamond flap disc is a sanding wheel with several diamond flaps overlapped sequenced along the rim of the base. In the industry of stone and construction, flap discs are mainly used for surface shaping and grinding or edge chamfering and beveling on hard materials such as granite, marble, silestone, dekton, concrete, terrazzo, tile, etc.

Features of Z-LION Aluminum base diamond flap discs are as follows:
• Aluminum back with 22.23mm bore to fit angle grinder.
• Aluminum back dissipates heat faster than fiberglass or plastic base.
• Semirigid diamond flaps are harder than flexible flaps, provide faster cutting speed and higher stock removal rate as well as longer tool life.
• The special design of overlapped diamond flaps dissipates heat quickly and resharpens the flap discs continuously, provide smooth and even grinding.
• Can be used as a cup wheel but are easier to use and more forgiving than cup wheels due to lower noise and lower vibration.
