Unlike a conventional flap disc that has a fiberglass structure, Z-LION aluminum backing diamond flap discs have a sturdy aluminum backing to provide rigorous support to diamond flaps. Semirigid diamond flaps with dot surface pattern which is extremely abrasion resistant making the flap wheel excellent for removing the sharp edge of cut glass or polishing edge of mirrors and other glassware.
