Z-LION Electroplated Diamond Sanding Belts for Polishing Superhard Coatings

Diamond belts are widely used on portable belt sanders or stationary belt sanders to remove marks and other imperfections on workpiece which is thermal sprayed with superhard coatings, or to polish or achieve desired surface texture on the thermal sprayed workpiece.

Superhard coatings can be found on workpiece which need to be abrasion, corrosion, erosion, fretting and cavitation resistance. The coatings can be thermal sprayed tungsten carbide coatings, thermal sprayed dense ceramic coatings, etc. Those thermal sprayed workpiece can be rolls and other cylindrical parts or in irregular shapes, that's why diamond sanding belts are necessary when to sanding or polishing those workpiece.
